Tonight ought to be interesting! I was going to head into Boston with my brother and sister, but, I'm not. My BF's friend turned 30 today. So, we a bunch of us are going to go out for some beers. Afterwards, the friend wants to go to the strip-joint. Since we are all going to be in Providence already, I get to go too. It should be funny. I went a few years ago with some guy friends. I had to drink so much to feel comfortable there that I almost felt like I had to jump on the table and dance around. Tonight should be fun because some other girls will be there to. Beer, a group of friends, stripjoint - I can almost see myself on the table already! "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

That was really nice. Very thoughtful - the best kinds of gifts! My boss gave me gift certificate to the DZ for Christmas and I was more excited about the fact that he took the time to ask around at work to find out where I jumped - just the fact that he actually put some thought into it was way cool. Good luck with that. I quit a few months ago. I went to a hypnotist. It worked great. I have some cravings, but not like when I tried to quit cold turkey. I didn't have any weight gain either that many people get worried about. I had surgery a few weeks after I quit and actually lost weight. What's everyone up to this weekend? I'm going to see my brother's band play at a cheesy club in Pawtucket, RI. I very much dislike the music that they play, but it should be fun. I'm afraid of heights. I won't go on a ladder, look out the window while in a tall building, and I hate walking over bridges. I do love carnival rides that flip you around and twist and turn, but I won't go ona super tall ferris wheel. But, I never thought about how high I was when I jumped. I was so scared the first time not because of the height, but because it was an unknown to me. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."

I would say no to the flowers as well. It would mean more to send them after, if everything went well. Or to bring hera small bunch on a secone date (if there is one). My suggestion for after dinner would be somewhere that will allow you two the chance to talk. But, at the same time somewhere that offers some kind of distraction so that any silence will not be too uncomfortable. Have a great time!
