I run about 3x a week. I also do free weights and abs every weekday night before bed. I also have Tae Bo and a yoga tape that I do if I don't feel like running. -
I met Dan at Skyfest in Houston. He was on my SCR jump. He stopped in Chattanooga on his way to Florida. Here are a couple of pics. He is a beautiful man. Dan Skyfest

OMG!!! I had to get up from the desk and walk out of my office on that one And to stay on subject, I don't eat a lot of red meat... I love seafood and chicken. Every once in awhile, I will want a steak, but that is few and far between.

Started Monday night and carried through last night.......building tolerance.... Things that are EASY to say when your drunk.....and the whole state of WV is spinning... "I haaate yoooouu" Let's keep the state of GA on a level axis and I will refrain from saying such lovely things.

I want to get in on this too. I'm just a little leary about how cold it is going to be on those days.

I haven't jumped in a month, but have found that my eustachian tubes are blocked and causing me pain. I am planning to jump this weekend, but a little hesitant due to this fact. I've been taking Allegra, which seems to be helping, but I'm scared of permanent damage to my eardrum. I guess I really need to go to the doctor. It takes forever for my ears to pop after I come down from a jump. I don't have a problem going to altitude, it's when I am down on the ground afterward. I can go for days without my ears popping or being fully cleared after a jump. Anyway, it's good to know that I'm not the only one having this problem.

I haven't tried John's salsa yet... I'll have to try it at the Halloween boogie, if he's bringing some. Miss you Lucky and I miss Peanut too. Gotta come see you guys real soon.

Hippie is feeling frisky today. Hippie may just get a nice big boot in the butt the first time he meets jumpchikk. We do not have Pubix up here and as far as Thomaston is concerned... I don't think they sell anything but eggs and some chicken wire down in them thar parts.
