    Last year, my mom gave me a book titled "Why Daughters Need Mothers" It had quotes all through it of why Daughters need Mothers and with almost every quote, she put pictures of us when I was growing up. I cried in the restaurant when she gave it to me. I normally always cry when my family gives me something. My brothers always try to surprise me with little gifts here and there of things I've said I would like to have. Last Christmas from my dad, I received DVD of all the home movies he took on his 8 mm camera. I have my brothers (which are both quite a bit older than I) of when they were younger before I was born of their holidays together and then my first Christmases and birthdays. The best part was watching it with my dad. It was the last present I received from him.

    I am in cleaning mode. I was thinking hard about going down to Orlando to hang out or go jump at the dz...but I started at 8 a.m. on laundry and will be ironing and going to the grocery store in a little while. I feel like being domestic today. Tomorrow that will probably all change...

    When I was younger, every year I wanted to be a gypsy, so I was. My neice is 8 and every year for the past 4 years, she's wanted to be a ninja...so she's been a ninja. This year, I have no clue. I'm thinking of going as a stalker.

    Congratulations to the both of you on your new endeavor!! Chattanooga is the perfect city for a couple and I think you will be very happy there. It will always be my home and since the rest of my family will be moving back there over the holidays as well...the appeal to come back is much more greater. I hope to come visit you over the holidays. Again congratulations, everything seems to be falling right into place.
