    I don't think he's retiring himself, but more retiring the name Jay-Z and doing more on a personal level as Sean Carter. I don't have proof of that but that's just what I've heard from the grapevine. I think he also wants to do more producing... kinda like the path that Dr. Dre has taken. I'm sure it's not the last that we'll be seeing of him...

    a tip a locksmith told me once was to drill a hole into the top of a key then just keep it behind your license plate with one of the bolts that holds the license plate on. never tried it though.

    good for you! i did that last year because my best friend is muslim and it was kinda like my way of saying "yeah i respect your religious views" and stuff like that. the actual fasting wasnt all that hard, especially since ramadan usually falls when the daylight is pretty short. you can just do like they do and have a HUGE breakfast before sunrise and you'll be just a little hungry by the time the sun goes down.

    the ISP available to us in the building i live in is terrible. basically since the building is mostly american college kids here in australia for a semester, the "business center" downstairs figured they could rip us off, which they successfully have. its AU$100 a month, so like US$70 for "high speed broadband". this supposed broadband actually runs slower than dial-up and i'm not exaggerating. my friend has been clocking it daily and is about to lodge a formal complaint to get money back from them. that and the fact that it signs me off about 4 times a day.... yeah it's a real dodgy situation down here. luckily i'll be back to my real high speed broadband back home in about 5 weeks. i cant wait! ooh, even better... we got a t1 connection on campus back home. i miss downloading full movies in just a few minutes.
