  1. The same pic is also in the Chili's in Kirkwood, MO. If both chutes fail......track for your rigger!
  2. I've suffered pretty frequent migraines for the last few years now. After years of taking OTC Excedrin Migraine, I was recently prescribed Imitrex. That seems to work for me so far. I don't have any "auras" or anything to warn me that they are coming----I just usually get blind-sided by this enourmous pain and I immediatlely know what it is and take the meds. Next step, when the pain meds quit working is the preventative meds....but I'm not there yet and really hope I don't get there. Thought I'd share my 2 cents.
  3. Happy Birthday! Stay strong and have a speedy recovery!

  5. In some instances, attempted identity theft doesn't matter. I had my purse stolen a few months ago. Whoever stole it took 3 credit cards and a debit card and tried to use them 6 different times at various places. Thankfully (or so I thought), none of these attempts were successful. In working with the police and retailers where the theives attempted these, I found that since none of the transactions posted, that "no loss was incurred"....except of course the broken window of my car and my purse itself. They only thing I could get them on would be the broken window. I was appalled to hear that if these transactions actually went through, that I'd "have more of a case"....and even then, it wouldn't be up to me to prosecute, it would have to be up to the business' discretion where the fraud took place. It's been a very frustrating ride, and as of now, they're getting away with it. If both chutes fail......track for your rigger!

  8. I bought one at the WFFC that year. It is called Uncle Charlies Plane, but doesn't have any contact info anywhere on the CD. The guy's name who was selling them and also the vocalist on the CD is named Chuck Androsky Jr. Other band members are: Jim Madison, Wally Marlton, and Randy Axelson. Maybe you can search for any of these guys to find contact info. Hope that helps---Blues!! If both chutes fail......track for your rigger!

  10. Try looking in the furniture cushions. My cat used to hide those furry mice in the corners of the couch. Those things would disappear quickly, but I finally found threeof them there while trying to figure out why she was pawing in the corner----she was trying to dig one out. 14. LOL....I happen to be one of the group that was helping look for the glass eye and yes, it was the same group with the guy who asked what color it was. We give him crap still about that comment. Seriously, though.....one of group that came to help look for it is deaf. He thought you guys said you were looking for a watch. So, he told the other "what color is it" guy that we were looking for a watch.....so that's where the color comment came into play. But, when we found out it was actually a glass eye, he felt about 2 feet tall making that comment. If both chutes fail......track for your rigger!

  17. I had jaw reconstrutive surgury when I was a senior in high school. I had had braces for 3 years prior to this, got them off, and lo and behold--my bite was still not normal. Surgury was the last option. They put braces back on a year prior to surgury, plus extracted 2 wisdom teeth I had remaining about 6 months prior. They also cut the bone in my chin and moved that forward as well. Because of my previous bite, it looked like I didn't have a chin, especially after they moved my jaw into the right place. I had to spend 1 night in the hospital. That was the worst night of it all just because I got sick from the anesthesia. They didn't wire my jaw shut....just put very thick rubber bands on the braces. I was on a liquid diet for a few days and then mostly liquid/soft foods for about a week. Swelling wasn't too bad. It was noticable but not as bad as I thought it would be. Pain wasn't too awful bad either.....just Aleve for pain and swelling was enough for me. The most frustrating part for me was the bandage on my chin. That came off before it was supposed to after about a week. Braces came off within the next year and all was well thereafter. All in all, I am very pleased that I went through with the procedure. Not really sure about insurance. I'm pretty sure most of the jaw part was covered, but none of the chin part due to it being considered cosmetic. Good luck in your decision!
