Sorry mate, I have never jumped one so am not in a position to comment on the canopy. Alot of people here have. Try doing a search and you will find alot on it. Usually a 7cell is more dosile than the 9 cells so i imagine it will not be like jumping a 190 9 cell but will have the flight charctaristics of a larger canopy, For example, turns will be slower and reactions to toggle input not as quick. Personally, I think you should demo a 9 cell and a 7 cell so you knwo what your options are. It sounds like you have just downsized from a 240/210 or something to only have 5 jumps on a 190. Dont be in a hurry to downsize again, Go and do another 30 odd jumps on the 190 so you can get yourself familiar with flying ZP canopies. Once you are on a 170 everything gets a bit faster so get familiar with the 9 cell 190 before downsizing. Try and find a good 190 to jump though, not some old one that does not flare and just dumps you in everytime. My friend nearly gave up skydiving because of his 190 until i got him on a newer one and he realised that he could land after all. Also make sure the brake lines are the right length for you. Seriously, Go and speak open and honest to an instructor at your dz and ask them to watch you land before you make any purchases. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

You have actually heard wrong mate. A Sabre and Sabre 2 have 9 cells and is in the same class as the Safire and safire 2, though there is a difference in the sabre and safire. The safire i much prefer. My suggestion firstly is talk to the instructor on your dz. My second opinion as a distributor is 'look' at buying the 170, especially if you are buying brand new, meanwhile during the making of the gear get as many jumps in as possible on a 190, before you go to the 190 get in at least another 30-50 jumps on the 190. For your weight, a 170 will be a nice canopy, if you are looking for a 7cell, then try the Icarus Omega or the Aerodyne Triathalon. Just remember 2 main points- Speak to your instructor and your local distributor if they are an AFF instructor as most seem to be. Secondly, A sabre is not a 7 cell canopy. If you would like a demo canopy of a Triathalon 7 cell or a Pilot 9 cell and there is not one in your local area, send me a PM and I will get one sent out to you. I am sure if you also bought new that it could be arranged for you to borrow a 190 to get jumps on while you are waiting for your 170 to be made... Yeah, I have had it for three hours now and it is 2am and i can not stop playing it. This game is BRILLIANT!! Not my sort of game but i forced myself to get into it and now can't stop. This really is one of a kind. Makes me wonder what the next AC's will be like as this is the start of a new series. Right after xmas when all the sales start I am off to get either a 50inch television with HDMI or a new monitor with HDMI, not sure what yet. So I got a PS3 with Blu-ray and want to make the most of it instead of short changing myself. I want to buy a new Monitor for my computer and PS3. I must have an HDMI input and this leads me to believe that this will give me true High def. However i keep seeing people go on about 1080p and 1080i. The monitors that i see all have a resolution of 1680 by 1050. Is that higher than 1080i or p?? Does it support 1080 i or p? Could someone give me a quick education on this?
