Now the iphone has been used for a while now and getting many hours of use and call time, How is it? From when you first received it till now, what issues if any have you had with the gadget? Does your iPhone still feel like it has alot more life in it? I am interested in hearing about this phone as i think i might want one. They are not in Australia yet as far as i know but i think i have heard it is easy to unlock and they seem a decent price on ebay ($600). My phone retails at $1200 and it has done me well but i think if they retail this phone at that price then it should feel like it has years left in it. I have had it for a year and love it and all the media and office capabilities it has but i dont think it has much life left in it and that is only a year later. I got my phone free with my plan, seeing i cant do that in Australia yet, get it free with a plan, I I dont know if i should shell out $600 on one or not. As the iphone does not have a slide out keyboard, what is it like using the browser and having to send out many replies to emails you get on the move? Is this phone as great as a phone could be? Edit: I just saw a tv show and on it there was a 3 minute scene where the main charcter was using his iphone for a segment. Total advertisement right. At the end of the 3 minute scene i just realised that the tvshow background music for that scene was also the iphone theme music. I have been told by one of the senior organizers in a private message that if we want a WFFC we have to make some noise about it. From what I am told Don is going through alot at the moment with his legal property issues but he really enjoys his 'holiday' the WFFC. Billvon, Why do you rate the price of the reserve so high? I know it is a perfect reserve with only 2 jumps on it but the D.O.M. is getting on. Considering there are other reserves (diff brands) that retail at under the $1000usd mark, It sparks my interest as to why you value the reserve at only $150 less the cost of a brand new 2008 reserve but diff manufacturer. I know you support PD but i do not think that is the reason, So i ask you to learn from you. I personaly value the cypres a bit higher and the reason is for this guy lives in Europe so he would have a hard time finding a cypres in europe under 250 gbp ($500usd). I have a guy who has asked to buy a suunto off me. I dont stock these. He then tells me he is interested in my watches. I am guessing he thinks that pictures of altis on my website are watches. In both emails he asks if i accept credit cards. I write back again and tell him i dont sell watches, only parachute equipment. He writes back asking how much for a complete system and if i accept credit cards. I write back and say, I accept credit cards but price depends on what sort of rig you want. I ask what size main canopy and what size reserve canopy does he want. He writes back and i am guessing he has seen the different sizes available through my site... He has asked to purchase a complete system with a 'size 99 main parachute and a size 220 reserve parachute'. He then asks if i accept credit cards. Does anyone wear these shoes? I have been reading up about them and think that they would be the perfect shoe for me. I hate shoes and only ever wear them if i am going out and have to wear them. He should have thought you were on a king or at least a jack.. Why he would think you were on a str8 draw after going all in from re-raises, i dont understand that mentality...... YEah mate, I wish it was like that. This vet is very certain of the issue. I have written to univerities in different countries asking opinions and will be going to a few different vets before the xrays on wednesday, as i feel like i have alot to learn right now. He says it is in bad shape at this point... that may just be my girlfriend's way she has presented it to me but i get a feeling it is common enough for a vet to know if it is or is not. Right now it sounds like the x-rays are to confirm his suspicions, that is how i am thinking of it....and just spending the last coupe of days reading as much as i can about this and reading hundreds of other peoples experiences over the net. I need to get on to finding a way to pay for this. What worries me is if my other dog, her brother mayb have to go through this at some point in his life. Now that would really suck. I feel so sorry for these two dogs. We adopted them from the shelter and now they are about to go through hell. I imagine for a human getting your hip replaced would be a big deal and lots of physical therapy.. I imagine for a dog it will be pretty much the same. JC is a real Badd Ass. Use to watch him pulling some sick swoops when he was test jumping for Jyro. I had to organize a demo team to jump at a hot air balloon festival.... The day it was on JC pulled up and plans changed that fast. The demo team then turned into Laszlo, Attilla, Wendy and JC. JC was a nutter on our farm yard dropzone.. we had canals, fences, cows little bridges and lots of gravel and JC would swoop it all. Craziest swoop i saw had me marking out points in spray paint on gravel farm roads for a canopy that had never been jumped before.
