250 jumps in a year means alot. it means they have spent alot of time on a dropzone and are very current. (when it is your first 250 jumps in your first year). To spend that much time on a dropzone in your first year you will learn alot. Maybe your third year doing 250 jumps is not alot but it is in your first year. You are on constant weather holds, learngin aff etc. All these types of malfunctions SHOULD be VERY FRESH in his mind. I thought you were a 'newbie' as you called yourself? How could you even think about learning to jump camera before knowing what different malfunctions are? I dont mean this in a nasty way or anything but i always get told my typing comes across nasty. You might want to get your line twist problem sorted out before you put a camera helmet on. Buy a PS3. it has the best bluray player as i think it is the only one that connects to the internet at the moment. It is also fantastic to use as a wireless media server. I never use my PS3 for games, only blu-ray, and to stream movies i download off the net to my 46 inch tv. It also makes the quality of the downloaded movies a bit better and it can do 1080i on dvds. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

if your surround amp has multiple hdmi inputs then run it through them and then hdmi to your tv. If not run to your tv and then optical to the amp. or run the picture of the dvd to your tv and the component audio to your amp. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

Seeing you are only running the dvd through component you should just be running it straight to your tv. Then run a optical audio cable from the samsung to your amp for surround sound.
