it is really hard for me to belive that one soldier has wittnesed all of this or know of all this for a fact. It very much strikes me as a letter written to be distributed to dispute the media(this it say) and does not look like a letter that someone in the middle of a warzone would write to his mate. Who would go to war and have the time to conduct an investigation into all these facts to put there name behind it, you would think they have a few other things to worry about rather than what all our friends think, seems like a chain email. do you think he missed out on adding anything else to the list or is that it? if you are going to a war zone where would you have the time to find out all of this including the percentages. i have just been reading other threads on replacing harnesses. after reading these i feel i should add that if my measurments are wrong this would be no fault of the manufacturer as i feel it would be my own fault. Secondly on all these threads it seemed that wings sorted the problem out for these people but there was never a conclusion. i am wondering a worst case scenario here....if i was to have the whole harness replaced does anyone know what sort of cost this is? i am going to a master rigger this weekend but would love an idea so i have a heads up. thanks. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

i think what you both have said is fair and exactly how i and everone on the outside of the u.s. i have ever talked to feels...also many americans i have met feel exactly the smae way but some also think yeah thats right but thats just the way it is. This is the attitude that is making the U.S citizens look like they have no say in the way they live. Everyone in the us needs to make a change to make a difference though but this is not easy to get everyone to change. We can keep telling the americans this sort of thing but they will never see it this way because they live in america, this is their life, like anyone from any country...you are proud of who you are and where you come from and no outsider can tell you different. We all have problems in all of our countries but the problems the U.S. have affect the world. This will never change, the U.S. is a growing force and is now starting to say to the rest of the world..well if you are not going to back us we will go alone, try and stop us. None of our governments can stop them but you watch, last time it took one group of people to make them see that they are hated in parts of the world. bush keeps this up and whats the bet the next time will be 10 times worse. The U.S. use to impress us all with their army and capabilities, not any more though, everyone is starting to look at the U.S. as the biggest threat in the world, not the biggest friend. If you did a poll in this world day and age...who is the most evil worst person in the world i reackon over 70% of the world will say bush. no, i have problems with this school and am usually against it but it is a good way to get into skydiving. My problems with them are my problems with the directors and no one else's. In general though i am just answering his question. my dropzone has started their own course but he is not asking about that. i think it is a quick and effective way to get 200 jumps and you do come out of it a safe jumper considering you have had 50 i hour lectures on all different aspects of the course. i have had issues with the money side of things but i have given up going on about that as it is not needed here in the forums. i reccomend learning to skydive to anyone, and if you can afford to pay for 200 jumps up front and get valuable lectures out of it...go for it. i was on the first course and really enjoyed it. i understand it has developed into a good school. The one thing that this course will do for you is teach you to become a very aware and safe skydiver. the course has produced quite a few tandem masters now that earn alot of money in new zealand. christchurch is a cheap place to live. You will start the course off slowley and then end up doing 5 or more jumps a day, definetly good for the word 'school'. my advice though is, it is a school, and make sure you have the full amount of money up front. also make sure you have enough money to by your own gear or then it will get expensive hiring the gear. They have just bought a new turbine aircraft so it sounds like you will have lots of jumping each day to do. that is okay you think that about england as i was born in new zealand by new zealanders who then adopted me to a couple who were a kiwi and a englishman who shifted to new zealand when he was 4. I agree with your statement about how the english think of foreighners. I live in new zealand and own property there. The reason i am in the uk is to expolre and travell. I have been travelling on a nd off for 8-9 years. I do not hate the american people. it is your government that i hate. It is only half of you who voted bush in and i still do not hate that half. who knew he was going to bomb iraq? even if they new that maybe you were also looking out for national policy's and things he would bring to the people of america. I am sure that as a presidient he must be addressing some social intrests that you all need. I am hating the government for what they are doin out side the u.s. well i am probably sounding anti american...take what you want from it, i do hate your government and hate what the us stands for...not the people though. Your country says it is the land of the free. well it is the only land at the moment that is constantly on terror alert and your country tries to be the land of the free at whatever cost to the rest of the world. a good friend of mine just had andrew penman and the rest of salmonella dub come over to travell the uk, i never met them but had some really cool nights out with evan from concorde dawn. i kind of listen to more concorde dawn and salmonella dub rather than fat boy slim and.....well actually i have given up turning the radio on in this country...bring on the kiwi dub and drum'n'bass. The darkness are quite cool for the uk..Man what has happened to music in this day and age, i am thinking they are running out of songs. music has really gone down hill. I like my dub but all these pop stars in the uk are really only hanging around for like a week and then going to the dogs.
