    i think that example is a bit different but i am not stupid, i know nothing would ever happen over this but if he made up lies about an experience he had at a business i owned, i would like to think that i would put him in his place, or at least go on tv with a picture of him pissing in his pants and show what a pussy he really is.     Well i am not a lawyer or anything and i will not try to be after i get this comment shut down but..... The USPA is an organisation, and the DZ is a business, a high profile celebrity goes on national television that goes world wide, lies about something that did not happen the way he said it, made it sound aweful and very unsafe, and tells america to never skydive or try this business's service(well the nanas and lonely housewifes). Is this not Slandering the organisation of the USPA or defimation?(spel). Is that not illegal? What he said sounds like he added a whole lot of bullshit to his story that was untrue. Or is this what the free country of america calls freedom of speech. I think it is defimation saying this about ones service when it is 70% fabricated. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

    Now that you have let it out i would just like to add that the Log book that was sent to Skydive Auckland is being presented at the Nationals that we are having in January to all the skydivers of New Zealand. It will be kept at Skydive Auckland in Mercer and will be well looked after and will not leave the dropzone. There are many people in New Zealand that are looking to forward to having some history on our sport available to read and the Log Book will stay there until it has a higher caling, though we hope that day never comes. I would also like to thank Bill for a video he has put togethor and donated to our national competition as a prize to one lucky jumper. I realise we are very lucky to recieve this Log Book and would like to say to the others that care that this will be well looked after and can assure you that it will always be kept in the same condition that we have recieved it.     i just downloaded the whole series so i could watch it here in the uk. I will cut this part out and upload it to skydiving movies when there is space, or if there is somewhere else i can upload, then you can see it. He was pretty stable and relaxed if that was a fast track AFF. his turn were pretty sweet and well relaxed.....good on him i say, he will have the bug now. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

    Might be good to get through AFF before you think of selling your house. I think it would pretty safe to say that most jumpers you meet will be living in a house, if not a van and working at the dz. Sell your car or your kids or something first, then see how things are going for you.     could you really be sued for posting on a web site forum? If so, can anyone show me a link or a story where this has ever happened before? I do totally agree that every student should speak to an instructor before taking advice of the internet, but if a student or anyone anywhere was to take advice of the internet without running it past there instructor first, well then they are to blame for stupidity. anyone here could make up a false profile and anyone who takes information from the net should know this or they are plain iggnorant. .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

    i do agree with what you are saying and you are much more experienced than myself. However i am thinking about a student on AFF or static or whatever, i think these students should stick to the instructors that they are asigned to. If you are talking about a 'novice' off student status then yes, i think they can ask numerous instructors everything....and they should.....and it should be common sense if they were taught anything while being a student they should be aware that the only advise they should take from anyone is the advice of a qualified instructor. _ .Karnage Krew Gear Store .

    sent PM, i am very interested in this as i have been in very similar position but outside of the US. Skyyhi, do you not think this would be any jail time, like 1-3 months or something? i mean driving without a license, no insurance, and either dangerous driving or careless driving? those charges could add up? If he had lost his license he would be up on all those as well as driving while disqualified, surely this would be jail time? I sure hope not, as not decent person should be locked away for a simple mistake but i am not the judge. I would in any court case though plead guilty if you guilty instead of not guilty and wasting the courts time as they would then hand down a harder punishment.
