What I've started to do is when getting into the pattern and following it round, i use front risers instead of the toggles, so I'm starting to get a feel of how the canopy reacts to these inputs. The run-in speed of a c130 has got be be 140? Looks cool where most people are staying level with the plane for a while, then the odd one or two gain alti. Would this show on the pro-track graph? Have you seen the wingsuit boogie video? There's exits on there where people are gaining about 200 foot altitude on exit from the C-130. ----------------------------------- It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone -
If you jump from 15000 foot or 2000 foot, after 10 seconds (or about 1000 give or take), you're going to be falling at terminal velocity (about 120mph) - so the height wouldn't make that much difference. ----------------------------------- It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone

WE've all seen the para-gear catalogue. You know those bits in the back whith just the outline of rigs and canopies? We're putting all of those together into a book and getting a load of fat crayons so we can colour em in on the way to alti. Rant: Just had to reinstall XP . It's not the first time I've had to re-install an OS, but I have a lot of work on my pc, and it has to be handed in tomorrow. I thought I'd lost it all at one point as well as all my music (all 11Gb of it), plus about 15 movies, all my other docs etc. Thank god they were on a seperate drive !! Been meaning to format for a while now anyways At least my pc loads fast now ----------------------------------- It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone

As I've said, I find it a LOT easier if you have the right foot on the step next to the body of the plane, and with your left knee still on the floor inside the airplane. then just rotate over your right leg, arms out and legs tucked in. ----------------------------------- It's like something out of that twilighty show about that zone
