    0: 0: 0 Had a "30 minute" call for a King Air load. Winds were ok at the time. 2 1/2 hours later the King Air shows up. Had to scratch off the load as my comfort level with the winds was not there - especially after having seen some of the landings. Had a nice time at dinner with ZeroG, John L., and Dumpster.     WFFC is going on in Rantoul, IL beginning of August. Don't remember exact dates but I believe it's August 1st-10th. Sky Knights (East Troy, WI) is having a Casa Boogie August 12th-24th.     Thank you. Umm....hopefully, however, any "artistic" photos are no where to be found. I think I managed to get them all. Take a look at webshots as well.     I've had 1 cut-a-way. It didn't change my emergency procedures at all. Time seemed to have stood still while it happened although I know it was only a couple of seconds. My canopy had started to fling me around. I knew I didn't have the skill level nor the altitude to try and get out of it. I maintained altitude awareness during the whole process. Knew where my handles were due to constant reinforcement of my emergency procedures and did what I needed to do. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly!
