I'll be there sometime on Aug. 2nd (have a wedding Aug. 1st and a pub crawl for my home DZ afterwards so it might be afternoon ) and Aug. 3rd. Then, I'll reappear either on Aug. 7th (late evening) or early am Aug. 8th through Aug. 10th. Looking forward to jumping with y'all.

A kid is seated on an airplane completely engrossed in the new Harry Potter novel when a guy boards and sits down next to him. The guy proceeds to try and engage this kid in conversation saying "I've heard that if you talk with your seat mate, the flight will go faster." The kid reluctantly closes his book and looks at the guy and asks. "What would you like to discuss?" Guy: "Hmmm....good question. How about atomic energy?" Kid: "Wow! You have to be pretty intelligent to discuss that. Ok, I've got a question for you. There's a horse, a cow, and a deer. They all eat the same thing - hay, grass, drink water. When the cow goes to the bathroom, it makes cow patties. When the horse goes to the bathroom, the horses's stuff comes out in balls and when the deer goes to the bathroom, it comes out in pellets. I always have my altimeter on. I don't have an audible, yet. I don't look at my altimeter as much as I did when I first started out. But, at my home DZ, I'm pretty familiar with the way the ground looks and am usually within 300 ft. (higher) of where I think I am when I look at my alti. At a different DZ, I check my alti more frequently due to the fact that I'm not familiar with the terrain. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly!
