:24:0 Zero lovin...nada..zip....zero 20/AFF tandem vids, most with stills. A few fun loads Zero firsts, but still drank plenty! “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Where to buy 0.3x lens from US distributor for pc101?

Oops...missed that part. Must be too much coffee. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.” -
I don't think Dubya will ditch him, per se. I think Cheney will step down due to "health problems". And let's face it, with his heart, it's believable. Don't know the answer to your question though. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

I think either McCain or Rudy G. would be an excellent replacement for Cheney. Either one would help W get votes, IMHO. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Another thing to think about it is avoiding the situation entirely. Maintaining your gear, gear checks, and pulling at the proper altitude ( ie, don't flirt with cypress territory) should almost eliminate the two-out scenario. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Replacing Cheney with Giuliani after the election does nothing for Bush right now. I suspect Rudy G. will replace Cheney at the RNC as a surprise announcement. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

I can't imagine a scenario where the U.S. will drop the "bomb" first. We have too many other weapons in the arsenal that we can use. As opposed to now??? “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

I love it how people conveniently ignore the fact that there has been a couple, albeit small, discoveries of WMD's in Iraq. I can understand the fact that we may have sold them to him back in the day, but that point is irrevelant. From 1991 on, he was allowed to possess none. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Reign of Fire is a good movie to watch as a skydiver
tonyhays replied to peacefuljeffrey's topic in The Bonfire
I saw it just because of the skydiving scene!! Other than that, I thought it was a big disappointment. Especially the ending, when the main character kills the father of all dragons with nothing more than a crossbow. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.” -
And yet some more....however, a small amount http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L02528495.htm “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Not as far fetched as one might think. http://www.libertypost.org/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=54578 “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

If I was to go my your profile numbers, then I'd say no. But I don't know you or your skills, so maybe you can handle it. Then again, maybe not. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

It doesn't sound like blasphemy, it IS! “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Thanks for the laugh. I needed that. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

F8ck him! Let him die, not my problem, not the DZ's problem.

Yes, there are people who listen. I'm one of them. I purchased a V-103. After talking to someone with a lot more experience then me, it's getting shipped back. I never even took it out of the box. tnh “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.” -
I disagree. After reading Ron's posts, I think he is more of the poster child for safety and common sense. Ron just doesn't sugar coat his advice. I suspect you'll come around to his way of thinking in a few hundred jumps after you've survived(hopefully) a few scares. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

I think Bush will win, and by a comfortable margin. Reasons: 1) The economy (especially if it continues to improve) 2) OBL will be captured (very speculative) 3) Cheney will be replaced with Rudy (even more speculative) “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Sorry to hear about your friend. Are the details posted in the Incidents forum? Or do you mind sharing them here? edited to fix my okie grammer “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Oh now...there's nothing wrong here with us Okies!!! “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Glad to hear you didn't get out of the sport. How much longer til you're back in the sky? “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Plane crash. Watching video I shot of tandems and their expressions of pure joy made me realize why I needed to keep doing it. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

So what do you think generates more horizontal separation and keeps the possibility of a collision lower: tracking after the tandem deployment, or achieving vertical separation and allowing your canopy to take you out of the way? “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”
-
I'm sure it could be as low as 2000 feet, depending on the situation. Maybe even lower. So do you feel that back tracking gets you sufficient distance away from the tandem in the event of a cutaway? No matter what the situation? “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”
-
Having full canopy inflation doesn't mean they won't chop it. But to answer your question: No, I don't worry about a tandem cutaway. “That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”
