I downloaded mine and sent it off today. I have had very quick response to my e-mails from Linda B. both when I asked her to re-send my membership card and license when it got lost in the mail after I deployed and when I requested them to re-send my magazines because I had not received them. I work between 10 and 12 hr days. Right there with ya girl. I sit behind this desk for 14 hours but if you subtract the two hours at the gym during chow time, the endless walks around the building "visiting with people" to keep my ass from falling asleep, and the 4+ hours here I think my actual "work" time is somewhere around 4 hours.
