    I agree with Kate on this one. Rigs and women are all shaped different. Try many and find one that you like. That said, I like my Odyssey. They've come out with a new model this year too that has a lower yoke in the back so you can't feel it at all with a helmut on when you arch. Very comfie! Katie Get your PMS glass necklace here

    I haven't seen that video but depending on the people at your DZ you should try to get some packing tips from other jumpers. When I first learned to pack it was from my coach, not a JM. I asked everyone along the way and picked up tips from everybody. I eventually settled on a packing method that was my own made up of tips and suggestions from everyone! As long as you follow the manufacter's recommended instructions you can develop a method that works for you!

    That's all I've ever jumped even as a student, all my gear rentals, and my current canopy! PD was awesome when I was looking to downsize. Kolla worked with me and hooked me up with Sunshine Factory when she didn't have a demo she could send me in the short time I needed. Sun Path let me use a demo for a while until I bought my own.     Hey Dana! First off, don't get discouraged. If this is something you really want to do, take the time to mentally prepare yourself before you go up again. Use your last (bad) dive as a learning experience and turn it into something positive. If you never try again, you won't know if it's something you can overcome!

    Hey! I might have to join you for that one! I did a half back in '99 and it was the most rewarding thing! My girlfriend here is an avid distance runner and competes for the Army.
