You could start by cleaning it up hehe seriously though, did it stain it or anything? Oxyclean is pretty good at getting stuff liek that out...so is resolve carpet cleaner...i used that once when my cat did the same thing to my dads pool table *daizey*

I really think i am ready-I don't think its going to be much of a problem-and i feel pretty good lately. But being so new to the sport, i am really not sure how much that part of the body has to do with the skydive-until the injury i never realized how much i used that part of my body at all. *daizey*

It'll be 4 weeks this sunday since my car accident in which i bruised the majority of my ribs as nd fractured one other. My doctor said total recovery time would be somewherer around 4-6 weeks. Talked to him the other day and he said all looks well and I should be fine to jump this weekend-but he wasn't really too sure about the impact it would have on it. As it is now, for the most part it feels fine. If i push myself too much at practice (swimming) it does get a little sore after activity but not sore to the point where its incredibly painful. I am a student, I was thinking of going out to do my level 6 tomorrow but i wanted to see first if anyone has any idea on what to expect with the jump-and/or if you think jumping tomorrow is a bad idea or not. I am planning on talking to my jumpmaster first when i get out there but i figured i;d ask here in the meantime...thanks!

Yep, she made it. Got a chance to talk to her while she was in the city. She ended up finding a closer place to the Bronx to stay so it worked out better for her plus I got sick so we never did meet up But i do know she got here fine

you know when you were a little kid and people always told ya if ya went out when it was windy you would blow away??? Its true!! For those of you who have met you me, you know i am pretty tiny-never knew i was capable of being picked up by the wind though! I was at practice today, we went running and i was running with my 2 friends when all of a sudden there was this HUUUUGE gust and i nearly blew across the road! My friend grabbed my shirt and then laughed. It happened again with my coach (that time i blew/fell over) and then i got outta my car and practically blew across the parking lot, leaving my friend, as well as the rest of my team, in hysterics. I looked like the guy on the weather channel tonight! hehe so thats been my experience with the hurricane (now tropical storm) here on Long Island-how's yours been? Any other funny stories? *daizey*

Hey, let me know if you wanna stay on Long Island. I have plenty of room-and a nice comfy pull out couch you could stay on. Much better than staying in a car! It means staying in a college dorm, but its free, its comfy and we have showers and its not a far drive or long train ride in-i live 5 mins from the train station and its about a 1/2 hr ride to Penn station. Cheaper and quicker than driving! (hey we could even go to hofstra if ya want lol) seriously, Just let me know, your more than welcome *daizey*

Thats what i thought too-i don't room with any of my teammates for that same reason Anyway, i refused to leave yesterday and today the girl comes up to me and says soemthing. She was all pissed off. I told her I paid a whole lotta money to live here and she didn't so i was going to do what i wanted. Now she really doesn't like me lol, oh well *daizey*

Oh yay...just talked to my roomie....that went well I hate this! Finally, i find someone i like living with...since i am not gonna leave they are gonna move her! its actually beginning to not make sense...ive been thiking about it more....this girl hates the girl she is moving with now...and she was saying tonight the coach doesn't even know her yet....just makes me wonder... i feel bad, but i do get to stay at least... *daizey*
