You are already familiar with Lodi. It's my experience that a FUN Dz is made by the jumpers more-so than the staff. IF the jumping is cheaper and the jumpers work at making it a fun place to be, I see no issue with it. Also Isn't you country all about promoting free market competition? Absolutely! I'd been planning on starting jumping video soon, with a view to getting my AFF rating asap. The dz requires about 100 training jumps for video, which I was about to kick off the jumps, and they advertised for help. It will work better for me this way, as I'll be able to see how I like working at the dz without committing capital on jumps first. Committing the capital on the jumps is a MUST DO regardless of whether you stay there or not. If you want to do AFF and get on the camera rotation at any decent DZ, you need the jumps and time in the game.
