I dont. I no longer talk obssessively about jumping so they no longer run when they see me I cant sit at the dropzone and talk about the things I see and do at work and expect them to have any real interest or understanding. I did recently have a partner for a couple months that went through aff years ago (up to level 5) at the dz I learned at. My woman got a puppy from a breeder and my mom was over yesterday and she strongly dissapproved of the whole breeder thing too. I was of the belief that reputable breeders are a good thing. Now my fiance has gotten rescue dogs before (we have one now) and so have I but I really had to work at diverting a huge argument yesterday. Mom thinks if it aint from the pound, you shouldnt get it. This shit sucks. Im on "light duty" (office work) until Im cleared by a doc. I go in for a "surgery consult" next tuesday for an inguinal hernia I got a couple days ago at work. Once the repair is done I will be following Dr.'s orders and doing whatever I have to, so I can get back on the ambulance. I really dont like the indoor work life.
