Hey Kris. I was actually doing the salmon in newspaper about 3 yrs before JO. I didnt have anything to wrap my fish in except for either A4 paper for my printer or an old copy of the sun newspaper. It does taste a lot better when you get a bit of a smoky flavour to it.

The Japanese are pretty crazy when it comes to cars. Here in Auckjland they love their cars to bits. You see so many driving around with ful body kits etc Big spinning wheel covers.
