He guys,
I just read some of the posts here, and some of them were correct and other need some explaination.
We did lose some points on the hill, but that was our mistake by not presenting well, and indeed the cameraman lost some hill points, due to not having a camerastep outside of the Grand Cessna Caravan. It's pratically unseen that Caravans have no steps outside, and for the Donut exit; our rearfloater needed a lot of space, so that our cameraman got surprised by the exit.
When we landed we felt that our record jump was not as fluid as we wanted, a draw like this on a competition you can only get once in 3-4years, so we knew that this was a great opportunity for us to outscore our last Belgian Record of 34points.
This 45 was scored in the first round of a very cold Belgian Trophy.
We lost 2 points on the hill and due to some unsyncronized keys we slowed down at our fastest couple of pages. If we had the perfect jump the majik 50 points were in reach.
But offcourse, if, if, if...
Unfortunately our record jump has been rejected by the FAI as a new official WR.
That means the Belgian Record of 45 is now higher than the 42 by the FAI.
I hope that it's all a little bit clearer
