Went to a dinner party tonight, everyone smoked. That was hard. Harder still was trying to avoid desert and all the little treats the French like to leave out after dinner.... On top of that, I was trying not to drink any alcohol for the rest of the month. Lost that battle. 2 out of 3. Taking a shot of nyquil and going to bed. I feel pretty good about 2 out of 3. haha quitting has been relatively easy since I've been sick as a frigging dog all week. Haven't craved really at all since the 2nd. Patch helps. The real challenge will be at the Drop Zone this weekend. Everyone has permission to slap me if they see a lit cigarette in my hand. I mean it!

Westcoastchica was in a pretty bad car accident a while back, she's been recouperating since, and I understand she's made a few jumps but isn't really back at it. Migraines, I think. Grasshopper and Shark could tell you better. JKA found a new job, don't think she loves it but she'shappy with a nice guy and her babies at home, hasn't jumped in a long time but I bet she'd love to hear from her old pals.
