Have you seen the latest flip-flop ad against Kerry? Oh yeah, he was in favor of it. He was pleased when Saddam was taken out. He was on the intelligence committee but had better things to do than show up all the time. [whine]But Bush is responsible[/whine] You mean the mess he inherited from Clinton?? -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. The best one was two guys drew on about six. When they realized they were going to get their asses kicked, they drew on each other "so no one would know it was them." -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

Where I grew up, no one showed up for school on the first day of deer season. Not everyone lives in fear of guns. While I believe that's bullshit, I'll concede that if some psychologists thought it would be detrimental to the students, okay. They can do whatever they want except when the purpose is censor speech. Can they remove a picture because a student wears a yarmuka and they'd rather emphasize baseball caps? The circumstance here is a political statement by the school that guns are bad. That's why we have laws and the Constitution; so, the government (and the liberals who seem to have affinities for schools and lawsuits) can't decide to censor speech. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. No, the public school aka government is censoring... Since the individual doesn't matter, where do you get involved? One kid uses a racial slur? Only the whole class? The whole school? Oh that's different too? Oh, sorry, only certain amendments matter. Gee, if forgot to be a hypocrit. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

Define frivolous? Not being able to use the word God -- that's frivolous Or do you mean that defending it is a waste of time and they were wrong to ban it? -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

Okay, Quade what about a cross, a menorah, Santa Claus, pledge of allegiance or some other ACLU lawsuit. Are they bullshit too? If the FBI etc doesn't pan out, it'll be much easier having gone to school in the area where you want to work. It's also easier to practice in an area where you are connected: family, friends, growing up, ... Generally, the practice of law involves more who you know that what. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

I didn't think Jay was a good choice because he seemed obnoxious, but he's turned out fine. As for Conan, I used to keep the tv on to watch Letterman after Johnny. I don't really like Conan 'cause it seems like something kinda juvenile and done on no budget, but I'm sure he'll grow up in five years as he's groomed. Besides, who else can even keep a late-night talk show on the air? -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

Yes. Your essay (ability to communicate) and LSAT matter a lot. Yes, practice!! The analytical reasoning shit sucks!! I did well on the rest. No idea. Do you want to practice in IL? If not, look into schools where you want to practice. Start now?? I'm not sure you can apply for the fall of 2006 until the fall of 2005. You could also consider doing it at night while you're in. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

Nice definition. Please show me where "international laws" are printed or enforced. As for the U.N., it's an apathetic embodiment of popular opinion of a handful of countries who happened to be at the top after WWII, who cling to power thereby and by seek self-agrandizement at the expense of national sovereignty, and who have chosen to wield so little power as to become the unarmed security guard of the world -- "stop or i'll say stop again." A rogue nation would've done something like invade Kuwait without even talking to the world before hand or trying a diplomatic solution, let alone for more than a decade. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. I haven't heard the UN calling for any consequences as to N.K. So, your claim that of Bush Doctrine is a little flawed in that regard. What has the Bush Doctrine got to do with the U.N.? It's the policy that's flawed, not my claim. Bush Doctrine, BS! While you want to generalize Bush's decision in Iraq a doctrine of pre-emptive striking, you conveniently ignore the UN's admonition of severe consequences prior to it. Hence, there is a difference with N.K. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v. Larry Flynt

I got lucky -- only lost cable tv and internet, a cheap fiberglass roof over a shed and some cedar siding on the other side of the building. My neighbors didn't have power as of last night. Unfortunately, my office is up and running... well as soon as the geeks figure out where the data drive went. The storm was worse but I think Frances knocked down most of the trees, etc that would've fallen this time. -------------------------------------------------- the depth of his depravity sickens me. -- Jerry Falwell, People v.
