I know I said I was outta this thread, but.... That statment is just wrong on so many levels. Sexual intercourse is easy to prove, through lab and DNA. Once that has been proven, all it takes is the woman to say she was raped (or that she had to go home) and the case is over. Practically an instant conviction. I'll ask again, if 3 started in the room, 1 finished, and the second was in the process, where does rape come into play?
