That's kinda close to my answer too. I'm not sure it makes me feel important though. I don't do it for the ego trip or to feel important. I do it to see joy, happiness, smiles. I do it because it makes me feel good inside to help people who cannot help themselves. The only thing I ask of these people is to not mention who is or was helping them. I don't want the recognition, the spotlight, the limelight. I like the shadows, to remain hidden, to smile inside. Most understand, and follow my wishes. Some do not listen, and attempt to brag me up. This actually angers me. Wierd huh? I enjoy doing good for others, but when someone tries to recognize that, I flip out. Ya know, the more I think about it, the more I realize I'm just plain wierd. That's ok though, I enjoy being wierd in that way.

Rick, dude, first off, vibes man. Going through that crap sucks. Secondly, I know who you drive for man. They are big enough, as you know, for you to be able to live anywhere you want in the US and still be able to keep your job. You might have to beg for another dedicated run like you have now, but the relocation in that company is the easy part. Seriously, dude. Finish your training, then grab a US map and a dart. Close your eyes, throw, and move there. If ya don't like it, no biggie, just throw again!

Directly from the USPA A card. Since you need membership to jump at Taft, get one. Honestly, I say get the "A" done too. Ithelps get by all the BS when filling waivers at other DZs. Note, though, that you are NOT required to have it by the USPA. The completed, signed, and stamped A card acts as a temporary license, expiring only when you let your membership expire or actually register it and recieve a number. It's your life, live it! Boogies are for fun, jumping, partying, having a good time. Rantoul. Grab a few thousand people. Toss 'em behind a fence. Add free beer (an endless supply). Stir. What happens? People get loud.
