How long has she known this guy??? If I were her friend, I'd be having a little heart to heart with her about the decision. Has she talked about getting implants with you before? Is this something she's thought about or has it just come up because the new "Mr. Wonderful" thinks it's a good idea. I'd never get breast implants but I'm not against someone getting them if it's for the right reasons. To me, this doesn't seem to be the "right reason". If you want to get them for YOU that's one thing. If you've thought about for a while, then great. If you're getting them to make someone else happy, that's a whole different ball game. And to echo what ryoder said ... the relationship probably won't last but those fake boobs will live on forever. I'd try and talk to your friend about this before she makes a decision she'll regret.
