The left lane is for passing. Period. It's not for folks going 2km over the posted speed, or JUST the posted speed. It's about common courtesy. Most of my highway driving involves towing my trailer. And I do so quite defensively. I can easily pass slower drivers with my trailer. By slower, I mean drivers going slower than I can go towing 2500lb piece of metal behind me. And if I pass someone, it's because I know I can and will pull back over to let others pass. If you're in that passing lane and someone is coming up behind you, you shouldn't be there. If you're in the passing lane, PLEASE don't hit your brakes. Hit the gas and get out of there. Tow a trailer at highway speeds. You'll think differently. 'Shell

I believe it's the Declaration of Independence that states that, not the Constitution. A quick google on the Constitution says this (note the use of the word "person") Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868. Note History 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Definitely not gender specific. I'm a red girl I've been partial to the cheap Chileans for a while now. Normally pay between $9 and $12 for a bottle. Frontera is a nice one. Some others I like (around the same price range) Painted Turtle (Canadian) Barefoot (US) Jackson Triggs (Canadian) At least at those prices, if you don't like them, you're okay with using it for cooking! No. I'm with you on this, but for slightly different reasons. Homophobic? Not me. The "homophic" claims some make are simply a way of attacking those who disagree with them. I don't know ... when someone says this in a post: Don't think so - the majority of our societies would rather not tolerate it either. That in itself is a perfectly good argument.
