With the CD drive powered you are going to strain the motor and perhaps snap a plastic gear in there. Turning off the power means you won't damage the motor or gears in the CD drive. Rich.

That depends, if I made jumpsuits then I would want to deal with a company that did website design.... To me tho, it speaks of poor quality control and that applies to website design or sewing jumpsuits. It the QC is this bad on the website, what are the suits like ? Rich.

Hi all, I went to a website advertising jumpsuits and it sucked. The text in the menu's was all squished and I couldn't read it, it looked so unprofessional that I wonder if I would buy a suit from them ? after all, isn't the website a reflection of the company itself.... I wonder. rich.

Get a copy of pskill from sysinternals.com http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/pskill.shtml It allows you to kill a task by the PID, and it works for processes running as services. Rich.

CT is way off base here. My advice is to not leave the country if you don't have that visa stamp in your passport. I had an L1-B visa in my passport and it was stolen when I was in Spain. I got a new passport and I even had xerox copies of the visa and my old passport, however, that was not good enough for the INS. The visa stamp in you passport is your visa and without the stamp in your passport the bastards won't let you back into the country. I ended up spending about 3 hours in the INS office at LAX and paid $175 (and no they don't take credit cards either, cash or cheque) for a single entry visa. I'm not leaving again until I have my greencard. That said, you can easily get into CA via Tijuana if you have a CA drivers license and you don't look mexican. That is for when you go to TJ for the day and don't take your passport (doh!) So, I wouldn't be worried about going out of the US, just getting back in might be a pain since the INS treats everyone like shit. enjoy, rich

PLF's..... don't expect that once you hit a certain number of jumps you'll be ready to fly a smaller canopy. Downsize when you feel comfortable.. A "great deal" on a canopy might just cost you a few days in hospital and 6 months of no jumping.... rich
