How come bills laws are enforced and yours aren't 0_o

I saw a screen shot of a 640mgps somewhere. The guy said he downloaded a 8.5gb game in 4 minutes. Gnarly.
-
I bought my fully loaded talon for 2k flat. Idk what a vse costs tho :)
-
Even including the fact that on the bottom side of the reserve flap there is a bungee that could 'potentially' interfere w the reserve pc?

Helmet and camera? Or harness and container? Given the video, I'd assume harness and container

Watching a Hop-n-Pop leave: what not to do
demon4o7 replied to Divalent's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Yup agreed. And it's a turn off to jump with people who are too carefree. At a 10 min call I'm all strapped and tight. In the plane helmet is always on and tight. I can't help but be that way I guess. To each their own tho. Meh -
Agreed. And everyone knows sooner or later he'll take a digger, so why satisfy his backwards ego and spend an entire thread stroking it? Let's all give up and let darwin run its course. Some people can't be reached.

I thought that was a girl. My eyes must be getting bad. -
Do I pay first before receiving rig?
demon4o7 replied to FlowArtist's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I never have and never will. My hard earned money is better spent somewhere else. -
Watching a Hop-n-Pop leave: what not to do
demon4o7 replied to Divalent's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Kinda reminds me of how people get in the plane w a loose rig on. Waiting till jump run to tighten up their leg straps etc. What is there is a plane emergency etc. Idk. To each their own I guess. -
Thanks for your military service! And glad to hear you're getting your curve. I think I'm an R. I. Fan for life.
-
Thanks Doug, you even answered some things I was wondering! Good info!

I have the solo 2 from l and b in my g3 and I love it. Perfectly loud enough and I think I only paid 176$ from the skydive store. Ymmv
-
+1 My talon fx was decked out, double wide leg straps, cut in laterals and padding for 2k through square 1. Plus that curv is DAMN sexy.
-
Yeah man, you do a hell of a job leading them into the right questions we want answered. Again props for that. They really don't know how lucky on both accounts to A. To be filmed and B. To have you be the one filming asking the right questions. (minus velocity girl of course!)
-
Pretty crazy indeed, velocitygirl had her sh*t together tho. Good for them.
-
Exactly. Quit thinking and better yourself. If there is 11 skydivers and you're the 12th then who cares you made the plane go up. The way I see it is everyone has a different opinion. No matter what ppl are going to judge you, as long as you're happy and getting your belly in the wind then who cares.

If I was buying a new alti I'd get a viso. I bought the n3 and the battery took a dump. It's been over 2 months and I just received (yesterday) an email saying My alti was being shipped back to me. From what I hear l and b has amazing customer service. I have the solo 2 and it works great. So Imo it's worth having a removable battery like the viso. Idk I'm a newbie so take it for what it's worth.
-
Ohhhhh that's right. The one jeffro was talking about? You're probably right.
-
Thanks for the vids! Great ones. I watched your last pia vids and was hoping to see this year's. So thank you again. Also did I hear the auzzie right. They're making the elastic alti wrist mounts? For what alti?

Anyone choose demo program rather than buy used?
demon4o7 replied to FlowArtist's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I opted against the demo because of the price. But then again I'm a pretty average guy. 5 11 185. I bought a used javelin with a hornet main reserve and cypress for 2k. I was happy. -
I used to feel the stretch w student rigs. Not anymore. I also questioned why it was easy on the ground and not in the air. I think it's the arch, put your rig on lay on the ground arch reach and pull and you'll be able to replicate. I do shoulder stretches now. Everything is all good. Then again ymmv

larsen and brusgaard customer service
demon4o7 replied to c10edges's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
My n3 has been in for a battery repair for.... I can't even remember. 2 months at least. Then I received an email saying My system is showing that we have a loaner out to you, can you please update me on the status and ship it back to us right away. ... Wow.... I was amazed. They didn't even know they still had mine, clearly no communication. Sorry to be off topic. -
I also use http://www.chutingstar.com/gear/aluminum-hanging-rig-rack W 2 inch diameter I'm not worried about hurting hard housing etc. Works for me and it's color matched.
