Isn't is funny how they bang on and on about having proof of voter fraud, but then when presented with the opportunity to provide it in court, all of a sudden it's: "The dog ate my homework!"

Thoughts and prayers for the "evidence" behind "2000 Mules": True the Vote, the right-wing group whose alleged data formed the basis of the election conspiracy theorist documentary "2,000 Mules," told a court it doesn't have any records to support its claims of extensive voter fraud in Georgia, reported The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Wednesday. Election truthers admit in court they don't have evidence for Georgia voter fraud: report

Who knew that DeSantis really was capable of recognizing he made a mistake? "With objecting - if you go to a school board meeting objecting. If you have a kid in school, okay. But if you're somebody who doesn't have a kid in school and you're gonna object to 100 books? No, I don't think that's appropriate. So I think the legislature is interested in limiting what the number of challenges you can do, and maybe making it be contingent on whether you actually have kids in school or not. We just want to make sure we're not trying to incentivize frivolous objections or any type of games being played." DeSantis Walks Back FL Book Ban Statute He Once Championed

^This! It is stupid as hell that they cannot work, and therefore must depend on charity and/or someone to support them while waiting in a country with labor shortages. Denver is even considering employing them due to a loophole in the law. "That law is quite clear that it applies to private employers as well as federal government agencies. But that law says absolutely nothing about applying to state or local governments,” Could Denver hire migrants to work for the city?

I never knew about the MTV show. The first time I saw him was when he did a guest spot on "NewsRadio" where he played Andy Dick's "identical" twin brother. I always loved how Stewart can say so much without making a sound, just through facial expressions.

There has been a lot of discussion about that heated exchange between Travis and the coach. The Jimmy Fallon show figured it out:

WaPo: School board member who questioned teen’s gender faces calls to resign A school district is calling for a Utah State Board of Education member to resign after her social media post implied that a basketball player was transgender, leading to such intense harassment that the district sought police protection for the child. ... The pressure on Cline to resign is due in part because the state board of education said it lacks the authority to remove her from her elected role. The Utah House of Representatives on Friday unanimously voted to draft a resolution condemning Cline, the Salt Lake Tribune reports. House members did not specify whether they would try to impeach her in the waning days of the legislative session. So impeach the bitch already!!!

And in the never ending saga of CO's MAGA-cultist Mesa County clerk: Tina Peters’ criminal trial in election system breach postponed again after she fires another team of lawyers Earlier in the hearing, Barrett said the timing of Peter’s motion to switch attorneys — three days before her trial was scheduled to begin — led him to the conclusion that she was using delay tactics to postpone the trial. Yah think?

Prominent Fifth Columnist to glorify Soviet leader on US TV

It must be embarrassing for a Putin lackey to be corrected by Putin's own spokesman. Putin Spokesman Disputes Tucker Carlson's Interviews Claim Peskov said Carlson is "wrong" by suggesting that Western journalists haven't attempted to interview Putin—an assertion the former Fox News host made in a lengthy video announcing his interview with the Russian leader. "He, in fact, cannot know this. We receive many requests for interviews with the president," Peskov said. -

Remember the Steele dossier from way back in 2017? UK judge dismisses Trump’s lawsuit over dossier containing ‘shocking and scandalous claims’ Orbis said the lawsuit should be thrown out because the report was never meant to be made public and was published by BuzzFeed without the permission of Steele or Orbis. It also said the claim was filed too late. The judge agreed, concluding Trump had “chosen to allow many years to elapse -– without any attempt to vindicate his reputation in this jurisdiction -– since he was first made aware of the dossier” in January 2017. -
