YES. "The Tailgate Party Continues!" Due to poor weather last Friday and Saturday, the CASA is staying for another week. Wednesday: Start time; afternoon. Friday: Start time; afternoon. Saturday: Start time; 8:00 am Sunday: Start time; 10:00 am We still have prizes we need to give out Saturday night. (band ?) MX is going to be here spreading the love and skills in freeflying. I was sleeping. My mom woke me up, telling me that a plane had hit one of the twin towers. I figured some ass hole in a cessna hit the building. Turned on cnn just in time to see an airliner hit the other tower.

I've been cig free for 8 months. I'm 25. I started smoking when i was 12. smoked a pack a day since i was 17. I went cold turkey. That's what i would suggest. Got to give it up, take a few days off work to help with the stress factor, and forget you ever smoked in the first place. After 2 weeks things will get better as for the cravings. I still get a craving every now and again; but, for the most part, I am totally over them. In fact, when i smell one, it offends me for some reason.

That's a little too much for me. Where did these guys get their facts? The internet? Half of the gov docs they showed, i could not even read them cause they were too small. I hope you succeed. I'm currently going on three months (coldturkey). I personally think it's the only way to go. I've gone longer, but i was chewing, and eventually started smoking again. I've also tried the patch before, but had no luck. You would not quit smoking crack by just snorting it. Your just putting off your addiction by still putting the drug into your body. Take a week off work; throw away those patches, and just forget you ever smoked in the first place.

I don't know what it is, but I just don't like watching shit like that. For example, when the be-headings surfaced, and everyone was rushing to there pc to look; I was not. I think I just live, and feel better knowing I did not witness shit like that. Maybe I've got problems or something; maybe I should wakeup and get out of my comfort zone.
