These dudes were probably the yahoo's that decided to stay in North Korea after the war. The code of conduct, as we know it today, was non existent during the Korean War. There were like 20 dudes that fell for all the propaganda B.S. that was fed to them by the North Koreans while they were POW's. There also was a high percentage of people that gave up info on their buddies in return for leniency. I believe there was a book or two written about the subject. D.J.

I totally agree w/ Goat. The basic sit was really easy for me to learn. The basic head down took a while. Now, I have to work really hard on my sit skills while my headdown skills are progressing quite well. Mobility on your head is FAR easier than in the sit. D.J.

I wish I had my camera on my head when I jumped with SunnyDee. I don't think she opened her eyes until around 9,000 feet. It was probably because she was straining so hard on the death grip. LOL. It was a fun jump. D.J.

I had a great time at Aggieland. I really appreciated the hospitality of the local jumpers. You guys have a good vibe going. Next time that I'm down that way I hope to make more jumps with the local crowd. I'm thinking AOT is going on the calendar. Can't wait to see all the pics on Shutterwhatever.com. D.J.

Holy shite! Is that 21 people that plan on being on the bigways or just 21 people that plan to be there for the weekend. That is a significantly larger number of people compared to capable flyers from last year. Did everyone become badasses over the winter or what? I'd love to go but that weekend will be the only training weekend for BangBoomPow before the first TSL event. Also, I think Vibe is conducting a skills camp at Dallas the 21st and 22nd. D.J.

Skydive Dallas- Great Freefly crowd and vibe. Just ask manifest to introduce you to a freeflier and away you go. Skyfest is the biggest boogie and it is like the third weekend in July. I believe they will have a CASA, the Schoolbus Otter, and a CVan. Skydive Kapowsin- Located about 45 min ESE of Tacoma, WA. This was my first home DZ. Huge freefly crowd. Freeflying the way it was originally intended to be, very free. Awesome view of Mt Ranier and others on a very clear day. I'd suggest a visit in like July or August for better weather. Also, bigtime swoop dudes and dudette call KPow home. They fly an Otter, CVan, and 182. I'm also considering a trip similiar to yours but shorter. I'm contemplating a month long tour this summer covering the western states. New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, and back home to Skydive Dallas. Oh, I haven't been but the freefly crowd from Skydive Wichita has been to Dallas. They are a good group and I think Wichita would be a fun place to jump and party. They have multiple C-182s. D.J.

If you end up having the first event this weekend, would there be any flyers there at Spaceland not competing? I'm thinking of traveling down that way because the forecast looks like it will flood the runway at SD Dallas. I don't think anybody else will be coming because everyone seems to be broke. Goat, you're my hero. The bigway stuff is f'n awesome. Hopefully, throughout this upcoming summer, the Texas record will continue to grow. Do you know if there is any plan for the upcoming season ref. the Texas bigways? One of my goals for this season is associated with bigway stuff. I'll be at the DZ this weekend. I just need Mother Nature to play nice with skydivers. I'm jones'n! D.J.
