not really if an employer decided that the JOB was only worth $10 an hour but the guy down the street is paying $16 for that JOB that employer would have a hard time filling the position At which point the employer gets to make a decision; how much is it worth to ME to fill that JOB? If I don't fill that JOB will I go out of business? If the answer is paying more to fill the JOB to stay in business, then it's worth it to the employer to fill the JOB. Notice this has ZERO to do with how much training, or time the employee spent in his life preparing for the job. It ALL about how much the employer is willing to pay to fill it. If the employer doesn't feel it's worth paying the locally going rate for the job, then it's his decision to not fill it and risk going out of business. Nobody is holding a gun to his head. I just think you are oversimplifying. Of course more training and experience transfer into more value for the employer(and higher salaries to employee). You can get anybody to sweep a floor so lower value. Finding a certified welder or an electrician with years of experience is going to cost an employer more money. The job and the market drive the value. It is not just an arbitrary number pulled out of an employers ass. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Exactly the same as what I use. I run the cable down to something strong, typically the seat mount or framework. reasonably priced also You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

we have had ours for a few years and my wife and I both love it. she has back issues and the foam mattresses are the only ones she can sleep on and not wake up sore. After 3 years it does not have any sagging in the foam. We ended up buying one for the spare room also and a cheaper foam mattress for the motor home I saw the new gel Tempurpedic and they are supposed to be a lot cooler then the original but I really do not have an issue with it being to hot Oh yeah they are freaking heavy You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

Hi Jimmy, I have also thought about this. Having ashes deposited in a few different locales. I don't think it's a bad idea at all. Not sure about the policies of any religion though. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

same here I have been using Lowe's for personal stuff the past couple of years. Seems like HD was slacking on the customer service side. For business it is HD they have been getting more and more into the tool rental business. When my guys are out of town they usually have 2 or 3 Home Depot's close by if they find themselves in need of equipment. In Sarasota we even rented a tow behind man lift. Saved us from having to drive the bucket truck all the way from Orlando and was A LOT cheaper than using Sunbelt. You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!

I know every sports team in Orlando has had the local governments help to pay for their arena's and stadiums Atlantic Monthly had a good article not long ago about billionaire team owners getting free stadiums built on the taxpayers' backs, ultimate corporate welfare. just a couple of years ago in Orlando we blew up the old arena and displaced a few shops and churches to build a new one that was closer to downtown. Why the Amway family needed our tax money to build it is beyond me. Of course we do fleece the tourists here with huge taxes on hotels, theme park tickets etc. hey at least I don't have to pay a state income tax You can't be drunk all day if you don't start early!
