Can anyone tell me why coffee is supposedly so bad, that people keep telling me to give it up ? Surely it's not only because of the caffeine ???? Caffeine is available in many other drinks, but coffee gets the bad rap "Africa is not for sissies"

By regret it, I was trying to say that you'll most likely come back to the sport at some point. I couldn't agree more with this statement. I tried, sold almost everything, lasted 1 month and came crawling back. That was in '99 and have never even entertained the idea again ! "Africa is not for sissies"

Hi I'm in the process of getting a still camera top mounted on an Optik. Has anyone had strength or snag problems with this set up ? (Due to the over lap on either side.) I really don't want to have to buy another helmet with a broader base (Illusion) If so any tips on strong and safe top mounting on the Optik ? DV is mounted on the side. "Africa is not for sissies"
