Hi Plucky Yes there will be slack in the triple riser. You can ether leave it loose or tuck it in the lower toggle keeper. Blue skies Erik

Hi I think I can help you with this. Place the triple riser ring over the locking loop on the riser. Next place the brake stow over the locking loop. Now insert the toggle through the locking loop. I hope my instructions are clear enough. Blue skies Erik
