I did it for years. In fact... I did it so bad, I ground my molars down A LOT! There are a few things you can do. It's usually stress that causes it... you obviously shouldn't be that tense at night. You can take something before going to sleep to help you relax.. if that's your thing. Or, you can buy a bite plate to sleep with. Custom bite plates are EXPENSIVE... like 500 bucks!!! They also have off-the-shelf ones that are like 20 or 30 bucks or something. I had sleep issues for a long time including insomnia. I feel your pain!

Is this serious? I mean... I've never been there, so I dunno. Like Pyke said... nothing wrong with it at all, but... . Way to give yourself a reputation!

haha... one of the funnier moments this weekend... i think i squished some of shumameal's favorite parts while loading the plane (i'm good with small targets) and he squealed like a pig... so sowy... he made some comment about maybe needing those someday if he ever got a girlfriend. poor guy... he just doesn't get it, does he?

OMG... I couldn't miss this for the world!!! Save me that slot Shimalima... I'm going to look for a flight!

OMG..... I'm SOOOOO exhausted right now.... but I had such a good time this weekend!!! I posted some comments in the weekend numbers thread, and will post some pics when I recover in a couple of days. I LOVE ATLANTA!!!!!!

Ian D! you are freaking awesome!!! You organized a great great great event that everyone hugely benefited from... and it couldn't have been more fun!!!!!!!!!! Tom, Travis, John P, Brie... and everyone else who helped out... a big huge personal thanks and many many *hugs* your way!! So, I managed to get in 10 jumps... SO MUCH FUN! Including both hd and sitfly coaching, tracking, fun freefly dives... even one with SHIMELL!... Travis was so damn goofy I loved that jump... and Ian gave me so many awesome tips and things to work on... polishing it all off with an ALL CHICK LOAD!!!! We sang at the top of our lungs all the way to altitude! Thanks to my favorite sheep f*cker for hooking me up and making it all happen for me! owed for first jumps at Skydive Atlanta. Which looks like it will be my new home later this year!
