I just want to say that I have certain problems with my rig, so I email people from Sunrise, sent rig to them, and after few weeks I got it back. With all my problems fix . Free of charge!
I must say that I never wait for replay to my email, never have some misunderstanding or problems, despite language and distance barrier!
I am from Croatia, far away from Florida , and I solve everything with email, we even didn't speak with the phone.
I can only say, their customer support is amazing.
