And you left out important steps in each one. the one i was taught was; look, locate GRAB RIGHT, look, locate GRAB LEFT,ARCH! PEAL RIGHT, punch right, PEAL LEFT, punch left ARCH! and the other one is grab red, LOOK RESERVE peel, punch, toss find GRAB silver pull arch. way to many steps in my opinion but it seems to work You don't cutaway and *then* start looking for the reserve. You either have it in your hand, or are looking at it before you cutaway. You might want to spend some time in a harness, or at least talk to an instructor. I do the one hand each handle (have to for tandems) and I like that method best. It has worked for 9 or 10 malfunctions. like its been said there are many different ways for eps to be taught. why wouldn't you arch after a cutaway? Look out for the freefly team, Smelly Peppers. Learn how to follow the rules then there won't be problems. You just helped me to make the decision to go with gatorz! Based on the sole fact they fold? Liquid has folding models. Both me and a friend just received a pair of liquid's each and I would buy another paid again in a heartbeat before any pair of gatorz. They are simple and solid. As are gatorz!
