In reply to no one really..... My problem with mainstream religion is the same as others. People who preach to you about the Bible and if you don't take steps a, b and c then you aren't getting into Heaven and then they go and do other things the Bible says not to. Hypocrites.. people who pick and choose parts of the Bible to prove whatever point of view it is they want to prove. You better be saved young man, but excuse me while I go covet my neighbors wife.. if you get my drift. There are so many religions in the world, to say that one is right over another is ridiculus. To say that all Jews will go to hell for not being saved, etc, etc..to say that all Muslims will go to hell for not believing in Christ , etc. etc. I believe that there is something and it's called Love. YOu may call it by any other name (God, Allah, etc.) Love is within us all.....do I believe that there is more after I die....absolutely. Is it because I really believe there is or just want to believe it....I don't know. But then again.....I'm happy with that..

ONe more comment from me and them i'm out..this topic is too emotional. You..as a man will never ever understand what it is to carry a child, to give birth, or to be raped for that matter. You don't know what it's like to be abused by someone who is much stronger than you. I do not need a man telling me what is right for me, my body , or my daughters.

Sorry....my daughter is an innocent life......and if she were to get pregnant.....God forbid raped, etc.. and she did not want to carry the baby for a variety of reasons then no government should have the right to make her.

You know exactly what I mean.... you can die from any type of surgery but try and take out your own appendix and see how far you get.

If my teenage daughter were raped there is no way I would want her to be forced to carry a baby to term. Abortion must remain legal for a variety of reasons........not everyone has access to education believe it or not. If that right were ever taken away we would go back to the days of women dying from botched abortions, etc.
