    Portabella Burgers - Grill like mentioned, top with a mild cheese like Gouda, guacamole and a slice of tomato. Stuffed with crab meat and baked. Fettuccine Alfredo with sliced portabella mushrooms and fresh garlic. Saute with your seafood in a white wine, garlic and butter sauce. Serve over angle hair or other light weight pasta.

    A few of the camper owners bring their dogs to Orange, works well since the dogs have a cool comfy place to stay during jumping operations. In the evening you'll see them around on leashes but never in the hanger. Personally I leave my dogs at home, pet sitter comes mid afternoon to let them out cost us $15. I can relax at the DZ and their much happier to be at home anyway.

    Still buy beer when I'm due, 12 pack of yummy Miller Lite for me and something else for friends that thinks that's yucky. Some how any of my leftover brown bottles are gone by morning. My DZ keeps a running beer board and has a beer officer to make sure the fridges are stocked. Seems to work.

    Found CR to be a very special place that we'll need to go back to. You don't want to rush while your there take the time to really see each place. We went for 10 days other then the one night in SJO we only saw 2 other places staying 4 nights at each. I did the driving, the slow traffic on the highway and bumpiness of the unpaved roads was tiring but not scary. If you like off the beaten path places to stay send me a PM and I've got a great book I'll send you "Sleeping with the Toucans" Anne
