So I'm trying to find an Yoga studio that is not filled with old ladies such that I can make new friends and get on with my life and what not. As a student who just got his A and a guy who will most likely be a student for life. Seeing how the price of video cameras is going down so low and such devices as the GoPro being on sale at Costco for about $200. Simply having one on your instructors helmet and having them discuss with you quickly what you did right and wrong throughout your flight is a real advantage! With respect to hand cams and what not used as an extra bit of cash for the owners of drop zones? I've seen both. And both have their place. But if you ask me if I were going to recommend one to a friend. I would have to say the independent camera man is a much better option. It just gives better perspective of the experience. I don't know if it has been said or not, but I was just looking at Mr. Germains video regarding this very issue and his proposed method of packing ones PC and well....I gave it a shot and well.....it works! It's so simple! To test I just packed it per his video and well...I grabbed the bridle and yanked the heck out of it and out came the PC with out any issues! Maybe if students were tought how to pack their PC this way there would be less HS issues? Just a thought.....from the new guy. My job at the moment is to go out and work with schools and educate students regarding the viability of a career in the fields of engineering and science. The flight to Spain thee years ago was only 6 hours and they had th overhead LCD's for the movie. When I flew to RSA I took KLM from Newark via Holland and it was a great trip.
