I was out of shape and had this thought in my head that if I don't start eating right and working out I would have a very short life and die a horrible death. Long story short, my Ret Colonel would go down to DC every year to see "what new toys" there were to buy and every year he would pick up a few of the lovely time keeping posters Well last year he went down and came back empty handed.
