I've been working with Rob at Phantm since September of last year on designing a new freefly jumpsuit. I did research on three different jumpsuit companies and decided to go with Phantm for a few reasons. Rob took the time to give a very detailed response when I first inquired about his jumpsuits and asked why I should choose Phantm over the other two companies I was considering, the quality of the jumpsuit looked to be outstanding, the webpage (http://phantm.com.au/) and facebook page looks to be totally legit. He also offered to work on jumpsuit designs without me first putting down a deposit. I took him up on this offer and after several weeks of communicating back and forth via email (Phantm is in Australia) we finally had my jumpsuit design ready to go. I had a bit of a financial set back and had to wait until February before I could actually put the order in. Rob was very understanding and even honored the pricing that was in effect when I first inquired about the jumpsuit (pricing had gone up shortly after that). So on February 14, I sent in my measurements and payment. Rob said he "can't wait to get started on this suit" and promised to do his best to get the jumpsuit completed and to me by March 16 so I would have it in time for Fitz. Up to this point the customer service had been excellent.

My dad still flat packs. Its funny to watch the crown gather around him when he's packing. They all watch in fascination. I only learned to pro pack when I started jumping again a year ago after a 15 year hiatus. I needed a refresher on packing and nobody knew how to flat pack so I had to learn to pro pack. Somewhere on VHS (yes, when I started jumping our videos were on VHS), I have a video of a guy has a nasty tangle of nylon above his head, who says something to the effect of, "Fuck that shit!!!! M-I-C see you real soon K-E-Y Why? Because we like it!" and chopped and pulled. I crack up every time I watch it. I'll have to ask my dad who it was that had the mal. They should continue with the vaccination schedule until the puppy is placed in a home. They cannot guarantee the animal's health otherwise. If it was a reputable breeder, there should have been a contract between the two parties. They should also have a guarantee on the puppy's health. I've purchased two dogs from breeders and they both came with this type of agreement. I also used to be a dog breeder and always had this same type of written agreement guaranteeing a puppy's health. Parvo is a serious and devastating disease. You may want to contact the animal services department for the county the puppy was purchased in. Edited to add: You may also want to contact the AKC (assuming that is who the puppy is registered with) and find out if there have ever been issues with this breeder in the past. Just and FYI, if you were working in the state of California at the time, state law requires that you be allowed to 1) carry it over 2) be paid for it or 3) use it all.
