    I doubt it. There will still be a difference in pressure between outside, and ram air effect inside the cells. It's all proportional. Been under canopy as high as 17,000 msl and no problems other than harder openings. Speaking of hard openings, you ought to see the video of these crazy Brits we had out here last year. They came out to do the worlds highest static line jumps. 30,000 msl on Military Rounds. can you say *WHACK!* ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. I just wanted to point out that even with the rain on Saturday, and the 7 hour drive to be there, the DZ.com bunch at Elsinore, are some of the most fun people a person could hope to hang out with!     I would venture a guess that they are using type IIA cord, or something very similar. Expect it to only last for a max of 50 jumps or so. You may get more out of them, or you might change them out when they *start* to show wear(IMO a good idea). I like to make my own closing loops out of scrap spectra from old linesets. They last a long time, and are cheap (free). ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.

    Please take all that helpful data on a manufacture's web site with a grain of salt. IMO if you are comfortable on the Sabre2 150 you will find the Safire 149 a comparable canopy. You will also find the Fusion from Precision to be similar. There will be subtle differences that I believe at your experience level, will not matter that much. If I had my choice of the three, I'd pick the Fusion for the openings, and flair. ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.

    Ok, sew a loop of type III big enough in diameter to go around the widest part of your top reserve flap, and then attach the above to that.... ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.

    I've been told mine is black death, but it's single needle stitched to the binding tape on the yoke of my Infinity. I'm not really worried. Edit to describe it: 1 piece type III 3/4" tape aprox 10" long 1 piece 2" velcro pile aprox 4" long 1 piece 1" velcro hook aprox 4" long sew 2" velcro starting at one end of the type III and the 1" velcro starting at the other. Carefuly attach the 2" end to the yoke of you rig, and shazzam... black death! ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.
