I tried a rodeo @ zhills and it sucked. don't know what the best way to exit is but whatever I did didn't work.. had them holding on to the risers exited facing into the wind... ideas?

Was talking with some people about high alit jumps. Does anyone know FOR SURE do you need bailout O2 for jumps around 23K feet ? (when using a BIRDMAN suit). I know you don't need it for normal jumps, however I'd love to do a high alti birdman.. if bailout is needed want to start researching designs and placement. Kevin

They should have, at the very least, allowed him to enter the Burger King and make direct contact with the police officer portraying the girl. My -guess- is that they didn't because it would have been more difficult for --media-- reasons. As bad as this entire situation is, I'll bet there was a hell of a lot of leeway and consideration to the fact that a TV crew was there. I don't know how that would work.. if the girl is supposed to be 13, how would even the youngest looking officer be able to pull that off without him knowing something was up.

Just bought a custom built p4 866 512 MB ram, 120 gig hd, dvd writer, dvd player, case with blue sound activated neon (ooh so neat), sound blaster audigy platinum, a tv tuner card... also have a dual pentium III 866 server with a gig of ram, don't recall the hard disk but it's big.. and a dell inspiron 8000 laptop with a pentium III 600, 256 MB ram, 10 gig hd, dvd player, cd-rw and a big screen.

Humm.. i love how the camera will tease you by showing you the footage on the camera perfectly.. i can't get premiere to capture it.. are the pinnacle tools free ? Kevin

ok well I can't get it off the friggin camera. Plugged it into premiere created both a new ntsc & new pal project tried to capture the video and the image just freezes on the computer (looks fine on the camera) when you hit record on premiere it says the DV device was removed. Any ideas? bleh!

I jumpped with a guy from england today who videoed my jump, his camera was recording in PAL. I firewired the video to my NTSC camera, and it plays just fine on the screen - however he mentioned he tried this earlier and the image is all messed up on a TV. This makes sense, however can I dump the PAL video to primere and output it back to NTSC? If so, how? Kevin

Yeah this sucks. I bet money they mail it to my old address (it's been so long i've since moved! i emailed them numerous times about my new address and finally got some email back that said "okay" or something to that effect) Grrrr.. all this for skydiving boobies and jumps. I just found this on freefall.com: Now that seems a little unprofessional to me. They have had 5 months to do that. These would have made good christmas presents. But hey what do I know.. i don't make the videos, i'm sure they've put a lot of time into it. I'm just peeved i don't have it yet :(

Call the company you'd be surprised what complaining will get cha.. they may send you a case of the damn things so that you can at least get a total of 2000 flushes.. maybe not out of one, but out of the case they send you :O)

Well I don't know if anyone has perused over my previous posts, but anyway - i'm coming down to FL probably leaving Virginia christmas day, plan on staying in FL until the 2nd. I'm kicking around the idea of doing the night jump on new years @ Z-Hills, it seems as if deland is not doing such a thing and since I don't drink i figured that would be a good way to spend the new years. Anyway - i'm staying in orlando but i don't think i'd drive back to orlando that night. It's just me and Tank, of course I guess he could sleep in the car. Anyone planning on camping out there ? Kevin
