    Any suggestions posted with out seeing any video of how you are actually flying is going to just be guess work at best. How you describe your attempt at head down flying is not likely reflect how you are actually flying. I have coached people who swore they were not moving forward or backward when in fact they were tracking like crazy. Learing to fly head down with out coaching or video is going to be very diffucult and take lots of jumps. With out video or someone else to use as a reference its very difficult to know if you are improving or if the changes you are making are effective. Tunnel is the quickest route coach with video camera is a distant second best route. It will take longer then tunnel time.

    Why would lead powder reach terminal velocity any faster then lead pellets or steel pellets?

    If you can't get to a wind tunnel then you really need to get coaching with video. You are most likely not head down and actually tracking. This can cause a big problem if you happen to track over or under another group. Having an exprienced coach can keep you from tracking in the wrong direction and its always easier to understand what is going on when you have video to review.

    --------------------------------------------------------- I guess you don't remember the bobby petrino debacle in atlanta a few years back. You simply can't fire a head coach and expect the players to pick up a new system the new coach brings in and expect to get anywhere in midseason. I don't expect this season to be any better even with a new coach. I think bringing in a new coach is needed so that the Cowboys have a better season next year. At this point it can't make things any worse. Wade Phillips doesn't appear to be able to motivate this team at all.

    Ok, I stand corrected. The Bills are at the very bottom with an 0-8 record. I will be very surprised if the Cowboys manage to win another game this year.

    Recover from what??? They are currently at rock bottom. Changing the head coach can't possibly make things any worse then they already are.

    I am not sure I would call that a game. There was only one team on the field! The other guys were just a group of men that happened to wear the same uniform.

    The parents should be responsible for their childrens nutrition not restaurants. I think it's a silly law and really won't change a thing.

    I have no idea how you came to that conclusion based on what I wrote, but it wasn't what I meant to say. I did say to be conservative regarding landing out and choose a landing area early.

    It did create the market. Demand always creates the market. If there is no demand for a product then there is no market. Figure out how to eliminate the demand for illegal drugs and the drug dealers and smugglers will go out of business. Banning drugs turned it into a Black market and brought in all the violence and crime. Either we manage the market or the outlaws manage the market. Either way it still remains.

    I don't know that my crystal ball is any better then yours. I am just trying to look at the problem objectively. I think it's pretty safe to say what we are doing now is not working. We are not slowing down the number of people using illegal drugs. We really aren't slowing down the smuggling of illegal drugs. Hell we can't even stop drugs from being smuggled into prisons! We are spend an insane amount of money on banning these illegal drugs and failing miserably. Option A: Spend more money and continue to fail miserably at reducing illegal drug use and the crimes that go with them. Option B: Legalize the drugs and deal with and manage the root problem, recreational drug addiction. I like Option B, why? It removes the black market that was created by banning the drugs. I think the black market is what is responsible for most of the crimes.

    I don't see any good in recreational drugs either. I don't use tobacco and only drink in moderation. But I don't see any progress in the way the illegal drug use is being dealt with. It seems obvious to me that there isn't any way to stop the use of these illegal drugs, especially the way they are being dealt with now. All we are doing is fueling the crimes and filling up our prisons by maintaining the illegal status of these drugs.

    Crack is not particularly expensive. But abusers are incapable of generating any real income (crack whores being the pathetic exception). I have met people who used crack and were capable of working and generating income. Of course a lot of their money went to buying crack. But who am I to say anything. A big part of my income goes to support my skydiving habit!!

    That is not always the case. If you are always spotting or jumping by yourself then I would agree. If you keep jumping sooner or later you will end up with a bad spot or long spot and be forced to land off or work to make it back. The key is to have a plan as early as possible and not paint your self into a corner. Be conservative when landing off and pick a landing area early.

    Well the way I see it... It would no longer be worth it for the cartels to smuggle drugs anymore, they would go out of business. Street dealers would be out of business, so no territories to protect and fight over. No one being arrested for possesion of illegal drugs, freeing up police to pursue other crimes. The early crime reduction would be due to trading street dealers for clinics and putting the cartels out of business. Longer term I think we would see cheaper drugs and fewer addicts committing crimes to support their habits. Meanwhile it would make it easier to treat those interested in breaking their addicton. I really don't think we will see a rise in drug addictions due to legalization. This doesn't mean it would be legal to smoke crack or shoot up in public. We would still want laws to keep those things private. We don't want anyone under the influence of drugs opperating any machinery including driving cars.

    By having them illegal doesn't help the situation. Usage isn't going down. As long as there is a demand there will be suppliers, legal or illegal. I would rather spend money regulating the meth and crack problem instead of paying for more police, prisons and dealing with the added violence. We are not winning or even making any progress in this war on drugs. It's time to change the strategy and accept that there will always be drugs and people addicted to them. We need to deal with the problem instead of attempting to get rid of the problem.

    To add some more to this... The reality is we as a society need to come to the realization that there will always be a drug problem. There will always be people dependant on some type of drug whether that drug is medically necessary or recreational. The real issue is how should we deal with recreational drug use. Making the drugs illegal has done nothing but create a very lucrative black market. Along with that black market comes violence and crime. By realizing that there will always be a portion of society that will become addicted to recreational drugs we can work to regulate and deal with the issue in a non violent fashion. In doing so we work to minimize the impact on society.

    Not to mention the dealers and smugglers willing kill to protect their territories or shipments. If the drug trade wasn't so lucrative then it wouldn't be worth killing for. All due to them being illegal. Making drugs illegal only created a black market for them. It doesn't stop or even reduce their use. If there is a demand then there will be people willing to supply that demand, regardless of the consequences.

    I suppose it's better then letting the outcome of baseball or football game determine your weekend. I have known a few people who get really upset when their favorite team doesn't perform well.

    Your god is not doing a very good job of enforcing those rights. Plenty of people have been denied all three. Is slavery morally right? If we were to use the Bible to answer that question then the answer would be yes.

    Not only that morality is different from region to region. What is considered morally wrong in Japan may not be in the US.
