i just went back and looked at it, it was the first. later
-
look at the first post, i think it says it is based off of that if not the first, i did read it on one of the above posts. later

ya, like dave said, if your low enough to hit a bird, you've got other problems. now i have heard of some close calls under canopy. hell, my dad had a bird like chasing him one day when he got out for a hop and pop, and it was really weird, the bird was at like 3 or 4 grand. but this was very odd, we usally don't see birds that high around here. later

ya i saw this at PIA, it looked kinda cool. kinda like a little toy kite or something. later
-
no reason to not get an astra, i just prefer cypress. later
-
see ya there tuesday. i get in tomorrow at 2, but i'll be going to z-hills, or lake wales, not sure yet. then i'll be driving to PIA monday night (late) later
-
get a wings or infinity if your looking for brand new, and good priced. reserve, well, tempo's are the least expensive. main, hornet, the best all around canopy, and for the price, you can't beat it. and then of corse a cypress. just my opinion later

febuary???? i don't have mine yet if it is later
-
later just remember "hook low............flare late...........dirt, tumble, dirt..........ouch"
-
'cause it's cool man. that's why. hell i don't know. i know that i'm more than happy with my vx right now, but i wish they would come out with something now, so when i get around to buying it, it will have all the problems worked out, if any at all. later

Bored, or just have some spare time on your hands?
skygod7777 replied to RevJim's topic in The Bonfire
this game sucks!!! it's like my screen isn't big enough for it, and i always have to move it around, and try and fly, and then the next thing i know, i'm blown up later -
ya, them too.

my dad got to keep his. but we also had a jumper that was a brain surgent (really) that worked at the hostpotal, so i don't know if that had something to do with it because he sure did get a lot more done, a lot faster than other people got it because of harry(the brain surgen) oh ya, it must be harder to skydive than do brain surgery, because this guy, well i'll just say it took him a while to get it and in the proscess, got a chipped front tooth (ran into a fence on landing), and a concusion, i think he tried to hook and was a tad bit low, and fliped, or something. and lots of bumps and bruies. but now he's a pretty good jumper. some of you on here main know him, he jumps at z-hills every once in a while. later

What's going on in this picture
skygod7777 replied to mattb's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
i don't know what' going on in that pic, but it sure is weird looking. later -
it's kinda funny though, not about the harry potter book , but i can read some of the books on skydiving shit, like the "skydiving with your pants on fire" or the sim, or whatever. i read that. but things like regular books, i just end up doing someting else, like going out to the dz and jumpin and it's kinda funny too when i pull out one of those in study hall, or a skydiving magazine, or parachitist, i sometimes get some funny looks, or really dumb "whaffo" questions. later
-
hell no, i can't read those things. i get uniterested too easyily. there too long for me. my mom reads em though. later
-
i don't know how warm it is in arizona right now (i got this from your profile) but if it hot inside the car when you get in, say like when you go home from work, it really is a bad idea to leave your rig in the car. so if you really cared about your rig, you'd take it in with you but seriously though, if it is hot, don't leave it in the car later
-
why, i wouldn't know what your talking about now later
-
i can't remember e-mail them at vse@velocityrigs.com later
-
it means it will fit a certain size reserve, and main. just like a wings w-4. mirage mxs. javelin tjn. now i think the I-33 holds pretty good sized canopies, not like the size's of rigs that i mentioned. all manufactuars have a sizing system. later

i assume you meant to say 27 cause no one makes a 29 cell later

camera flying and x-braced canopies
skygod7777 replied to jedeisurf's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
i did it with my fx, and a couple of friends of mine use fx's. i now have vx, and it seams even better, flatter glide. and i also have a friend that uses a vx as a camera canopy. i have scene the velocity used, and the xaos's used. they all have really, really good glide. and when shooting tandems, you can pull high anyway. later -
Velocity's, How "ground hungry"
skygod7777 replied to Skydive2's topic in Swooping and Canopy Control
almost anyone. my dad has a 139 crossfire, and he jumped a 129, and 119 about a month ago, didnt' like them at all. he prefered his larger canopy, that was a little bit slower. weird huh, i don't know were i get it to want to go fast, and jump small canopies. must be my mom's side of the family. even though, none of them will even make a skydive later -
oh ya, they only have like 2 or 3 sizes of fx's and vx's. they aren't on really high demand later
