render fat from the salt pork and saute with the mushrooms, onions, garlic and maybe some spinach. remove from heat and add half blue cheeze and half Mozzarella or provolone (or any white cheese that is mild). Just add enough cheeze to make mixture stick together. This is a great filling for Beef (filet or pounded sirloin, chicken or pheasant or pork tenderloin. must be something that can be baked broiled. if its in filet just cut pocket and stuff in something that was pounded out then roll up filling. If baking (broiling will burn topping) top with mixure of Parmesean, salt, pepper and plain bread crumbs. coat mixure just enough with olive oil to make it so it will stick to the top of meat. Enjoy!

. . . after my tandem and I could not stop thinking about the experience and was constantly fixed upon finding ways of shifting money here and there to pay for AFF. But now I believe its getting worse, because of the following. 1. I moped around all weekend because my instructor is in Colorado base jumping, and I didn't jump myself. (Damn him for enjoying himself!) I'll forgive him as long as he tells me all about it when he gets back. 2. I live by a small airport and I have recently begun to listen and can identify when the engines level off. 3. My husband just sold his race car over the weekend. I was pretty bummed because I was geeked to race it soon, but I immediately started in on the conversation of " now you can take that money and sign up for AFF with me" 4. But last night was the worst. I received my first issue of parachutist in the mail and read it cover to cover (ads and all)! I think I need help.

When do you consider yourself a "skydiver"

Once you've jumped- You're not a virgin anymore. Once you jump your a skydiver. But you realize after you've done it once - there are a lot of things to you still need to learn. And the more time I spend at the drop zone the more sky whores I seem to meet. ~I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/krstnparker/ -

Shouldn't matter what you drive but you should give a hint of where your going. Any girl is going to be pissed if you pick her up and she's wearing killer heels and is having a great hair day and your planning on going go-cart racing. Or the other way around she's sporting a pony, wearing a breezy and flip flops and you were planning Spago. ~I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/krstnparker/

No one should have expectations. The whole point of dating is to find out if this is a person you want to get to know better. True story: Went out with someone who dropped a lot of cash. Fine Dining, great wine, tickets. He spent the whole time talking about how much he hated his family and his ex. He also could not stop talking about his job and how much money he made. He got sloppy drunk and was rude to the waiter. NEVER AGAIN! Then, I went out with this guy to a casual dinner and played pool (he was even cool about me kicking his butt). We had great conversation. He was sweet (but not too sweet ) He was funny and we had a great time even though the place we went to play pool was a total dive. We dated for 3 years engaged for 8 months and we have been married for 5 years. No expectations on either date. One was a jerk and the other is the love of my life! ~I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/krstnparker/

Stupid things you have done to go skydiving?
Krstnparker replied to justintime1983's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
My Husband lost his job right before I started my AFF course. I was planning on paying for it all up front to save money. I knew we were OK financially but we live in the Metro Detroit area and he works in the automotive industry - so I really didn't have a clue when and if he would get another job. The first question out of my mouth was "can I still go skydiving tomorrow?" Yeah I realize it was insensitive and a completely jerky thing to say but now he has a new job and I'm on jump number 7. So it's all good. ~I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/krstnparker/ -

My husband met Steve Iserman and got to hold the Stanley Cup. I shook Bill Gates hand after he made a large donation to the museum I once worked at. My office was around the corner from the car that Kennedy was assisinated in. Mitt Romney smiled and nodded at me in passing when he stayed at the hotel I worked at. I was the hired pianist for private events that were attended by Governer Jennifer Granholm (gave me a thumbs up) Bill Ford (complimented me) and Ms. Firestone ( was too old I think to even notice there was music) One of Kid Rock home's is in my town and Him and Pam Anderson had one of their 3 wedding recptions down the street from my house. I worked at a a private club where Jeffrey Fieger (Doctor Death's Lawyer) was a member. ~I knew exactly where it was, I just couldn't find it.~ http://www.flickr.com/photos/krstnparker/

You mean it's not advisable to jump at 25,000 with a wing suite and to keep renting with 3,000 jumps? I'm just starting out - 6 and counting
