I know you probably see these all the time...but I completed my first tandem dive on Saturday at Skydive Tahoe in Minden, NV. I went with five guys from work...all on their first jump and all I can say is I AM HOOKED!!! I am 35 and now all I can think about is getting going on my AFF....I knew I would love it, just not this much!! What a great sport, great people and a Fantastic First jump...I just wish I could remember the first five seconds of freefall...Maybe next time. I have been trying to read all I can about the sport over the last few weeks, I am really interested in the layout / design of the chute, lines, packs etc....Basically proper nomenclature and function...any pointers / links would be great.
PS if you are in the Reno area Skydive Tahoe has a great facility and staff....(I have not been anywhere else), but I was very impressed.
