Did my first (tandem) jump a few weeks ago and want to do it again- but am still in awe of the whole thing.
Yes, it was everything I thought it would be and so much more.
Though I'm kicking myself for being so awestruck and frankly scared, especially before the chute opened.
All I could babble after was amazing, wow, incredible.
Now the rush has worn down a bit - it seems so odd that I was so fearful of something I wanted so much to try. Is that the norm or am I a wimp?
Everyone else on the flight were lovey dovey young couple so iI felt like a 3rd wheel a bit -is that the usual? I don't have a sig other but don't want that to stop me.
How do you choose the best place to join, learn or get your license? What should I look for? I live in Olympia, Washington. Kaposan seemed good, but I don't have any comparisons.
Is the 4 page long document I signed absolving them of all liability the norm?
Thanks for being patient, with what is probably old questions?
I did a blog of the jump on my myspace page http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=188024419&blogID=412832199
